Pregnant women can get gentle, effective support for the challenges of pregnancy and to prepare for natural birth. Women may work one-on-one, or may work together with her partner or her birth team.
Sessions may include movement, touch, sounding, body-based imagery or finding release in physical or emotional challenges. Deeply held beliefs, feelings and physical symptoms that are inter-related may be released in private sessions.
Through movement and mindfulness, we can deepen in trust and in healing relation with ourselves, our partners and the processes of childbearing. In loving attention and non-judgement we can intimately know ourselves and our beloved ones.
