Catherine supports baby development for normal issues of the newborn and for developmental concerns of babies through the first year of life.  Toddlers and preschoolers can be helped through developmental delays and challenges of early childhood.

School age children with learning, social and emotional challenges receive team support in a tailored therapy and education program that overcomes multi-dimensional problems of behavior and school.

Catherine supports women in life transition with craniosacral therapy, bodywork, embodied awareness, and developmental movement therapy. Women and couples can prepare for natural childbirth, pregnancy and conception by connecting deeply with themselves and their baby in sessions for childbearing women.

Catherine consults and designs training for early childhood staff for best practices and remedial practices for developmental delay and behavioral problems.

Articles offer new approaches to pregnancy, birth and baby development. In birth stories mothers share their birth journeys and the active role of their babies in birth.

Developmental movements and awakened experience enable greater choice, grace and power. Through these authentic movements, we can each know ourselves in inner awareness. At ease within ourselves, we can take effective and joyful action.

MamaBebe draws upon the body-mind connections of developmental movement and embodied awareness that are especially valuable for pregnant women, babies, children and caregivers. In her offerings, Catherine incorporates applications from the work of Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen, Diane Ellioit, Suzanne River, Lenore Grubinger and other exquisite teachers in Body-Mind Centering®, Carol Phillips, Benjamin Shields, Sally Goddard, Judith Bluestone and Svetlana Masgutova; from dance, yoga, and meditation practices; and from current studies on the brain, education, ethno-pediatrics and other relevant interdisciplinary fields.
