Therapy sessions
Tend any discomforts of pregnancy and help baby come into a good position for an easier birth. Provide yourself with myofascial therapy or craniosacral support for the best beginning, incorporating a somatic approach. Use your session to:
- Relieve discomforts of pregnancy – a sign that your body is out of alignment
- Create room in your pelvis for baby to make his/her journey easier
- Enable all your hard work in labor to be most effective in moving baby down
- Increase your likelihood of a shorter, easier birth
- Post-partum recovery
Learn more about myofascial therapy during pregnancy. Myofascial therapy and craniosacral therapy each rely on fascia release with light touch, in different areas of the body. Whatever your body needs will be tended. A somatic approach and mindfulness practices may be incorporated within any session. Bodywork sessions are clothed, with areas uncovered occassionally for specific releases.

Therapy sessions are held near Matthews Park and Riverside I94 exit in Minneapolis. Street address is provided upon scheduling.
