Therapy sessions
Six hours of bodywork for a mother and her baby. Women can arrange myofascial or craniosacral therapy to relieve discomforts of pregnancy and release tension that may create restrictions on baby during birth. Another prenatal option is Body Ready Method, a tailored movement program to improve alignment, core strength and flexibility going into birth, for your best shot at an easy birth. Postpartum women can release tensions of breastfeeding, recover from birth, and regain balance and strength with these therapies.
Sessions can also be used for breastfeeding support, with craniosacral therapy to help baby recover from the intensity of birth and with lactation counseling for mom. Location
Therapy sessions are held near Matthews Park and Riverside I94 exit in Minneapolis. Street address is provided upon scheduling. If your baby is under 7 days old, Catherine may make a home visit in the Twin Cities, dependent on distance and her availability. Additional fees for mileage.
