Prenatal sessions can increase ease in birth for mother and baby. When your baby arrives, breastfeeding and bonding are supported with gentle, effective bodywork and lactation counseling. Postpartum sessions help you regain physical and emotional balance for your well-being and mothering.
MamaBebe 8 session package provides:
- Five bodywork sessions for mother during pregnancy or post-partum, with any mix of myofascial therapy and Body Ready Method® activities
- Three craniosacral/myofascial therapy sessions for baby for breastfeeding & recovery from birth
- Families also receive free subscription access to Natural Breastfeeding videos which contains over 60 videos for starting and troubleshooting breastfeeding.

Location
Sessions are held near Matthews Park and the I94 Riverside exit. Dependent on availability, Catherine provides home or hospital visits for breastfeeding support in the first week following birth. After one week of age, breastfeeding support is provided at Riverbluff Somatics. Street address is provided after scheduling.
Fees for mileage are additional and are due along with payment at the time of a breastfeeding home or hospital visit. Contact Catherine for availability around your estimated due date. Packages are available only in the Twin Cities metro area.
